“It’s always hard to find a good reliable taxi company, but over the years my friends and I have discovered Discount Taxis are the way to go.Discount Taxis have both vans and cars in their fleet, so if there is a big group of you they are usually able to accommodate for that. Unlike most other taxi companies, when you ask for a van they actually send one – so you don’t have to worry about them sending two or three cars and having to pay triple the fare with these guys. The drivers are also pretty friendly and not creepy – another bonus if you’re a girl travelling by herself. Last time I caught a Discount Taxi, the driver even opened the door and her played great music the whole way to town. Next time you’re in need of a cab give these guys a go!”

Punctual, Promising…

“I was passed the 09 529 1000 taxi number by a friend as I we sat in Attic Bar in Mission Bay having a pint, needing to sort a taxi for my flight to Fiji the next morning. I had used other taxi services before but I always thought paying $65 from Mission Bay to the airport was a rip off. These guys turned up bang on time at 5am, took me and my girlfriend right to the airport and charged what they quoted on the phone, $45!!! Brilliant. On the way home I called them as I walked through customs and they had a taxi outside waiting for us within 10mins of the call. Again they only charged $45! I will definitely be using Discount Taxi’s all the time now.”

Not only met expectations it exceeded it in a number of ways

Yesterday I travelled to Auckland and happily had my taxi pick up and drop off all arranged for me through your company.
I was very impressed and thought I would make a point of providing some positive feedback for you.

My driver was Rauf and he was fantastic. He was waiting just where he was supposed to be and politely and confidently just went about the business of getting us into town. There was a small change to the pick up time and he offered to take care of that for me. He also very politely asked if it would be Ok to have his name assigned to the pick up. True to the arrangements he was there to pick us up and take us back to the airport at the end of the day. The fixed fares were just as arranged.

Overall the service not only met expectations it exceeded it in a number of ways. I will definitely use your services again the next time I need them in Auckland. Well done, and please pass on my appreciation to Rauf.
